At DMR Bikes, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-performance components and frames. If your gear isn't the perfect fit for your ride, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused products in their original retail packaging, ensuring all bolts, manuals, and spacers are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Ship to DMR

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; keep your tracking receipt for peace of mind.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our workshop team inspects the returned components for quality assurance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
